So this is gonna be real easy.

Open element 65-duplicate-mirror-add ds

add in your tube.

place your elements.

elements I used were:

If you dont have them, do worry about it. Tag will look fine without them.

Kit has sparkles in it.

Glow can be done using blur.

Open a blank canvas of 650x650 .

take your magic wand and click inside of frame.

expand by 5-invert-add in close up tube-delete key

repeat

add in limo-delete key

select none.

standing on 1st tube layer-add tramages(used settings default)

repeat for 2nd tube layer

add ds to frame-limo

add in sparkles.

open tube back up-erase extra-add ds
