Take your magic wand and click inside of the frame.

selections-modfiy by 5-invert-add in pp-delete key

selection-none

place tube-duplicate-close copy off

drag 1st tube layer below frame

standing on pp layer

selections-float-defloat-invert-tube layer-delete key

selections-none

open closed of tube.

erase any extra areas.

add ds to frame & tube layer

now add in your elements!

add your name and proper credits.
