Open 650x650 canvas

dropshadow-ds
copy&paste-add)
open pp 21
& el 54
take your magic wand
click inside of frame
selections-expand by 5-invert
add in pp
delete key
add in close up of a tube-delete key
add ds to frame layer
apply mask to same pp.
