I work from the bottom up 

TO ADD PAPERS TO THE TEMPLATE

RE-FER TO THESE STEPS

IF YOU NEED THEM REPEATED.

Open template and delete credits

Take word art and move to the top clear space 

intil we are done.

starting down at the bottom layer

expand canvas-700x700

make sure you click center

we will crop when finished.

paper size-size each one down to 550 before you add them into your template

now lets hit that bottom layer and get started

add new layer.make sure its dragged to the bottom of layers

using any mask-any pp-add mask.

close off til we are done

el-42-duplicated-close off til we are done

when we get done with the tag , make sure you open these layers 

back up and arrange them how you want them!

no ds needed on either layer

selections-float-defloat-expand-add new layer-drag under pp layer 1

expand by 4-flood fill with the dark pink in pp-add noise -50%

add ds to this layer

selections-expand-by 3-flood fill with same pink-add noise -50%-add ds to this layer
