Ok.. Lets get started.
apply your mask 404 to pp 18.
merge group together
650x650 canvas
add your mask into canvas
size paper masked down to 80%
center in canvas
apply beck mask to close up of tube
merge group together
leave as is for now
I added mine in last
1st element placed was

then tube-add ds
and I built the tube around this.
On the tube-mirror-erase one side of wing

PP 14, El 26 and tube
& el 32
Take your el 32 and place inside of frame
erase part sticking out.
add in your paper
put the water in the water section of el 32
take your selection tool -point to point
and draw around frame-delete key-standing on pp layer delete key
add mask to pp 14 also
el used behind frame was

With your shape tool , draw an rectangle out.
convert layer to raster.
draw out a smaller one-convert.
standing on 2nd one..
selections-float-defloat-delete key layer 1st rect
now you should have a frame.
delete 2nd layer one
rotate frame -free hand -tid bit
standing on frame layer-
selections-float-defloat-invert-add in pp 15
effects-inner bevel
standing on frame layer-selection tool inside of frame-click
selections-modify-expand by 3-add in pp 6
invert-delete key
add ds to frame layer
