take your frame-size down 90%

magic wand and click inside of frame-selections-modify-expandy by 5

invert-add in pp 5-delete key-close up tube-delete key

selections-none

add ds to frame

double click on tube layer-blend mode-luminance legacy

plugin used was tramages -tow the line

drop opacity down to 70%

add in your tube.

mask to any paper you want.

elements used behind the frame were

32-duplicated-size down-move to top

merge-add ds

above frame
